Through its I-Metrix service, EOL provides financial information for commercial & industrial (C&I) companies, reformatted and tagged in Extensible Business Reported Language (XBRL). Services Agreements Database:
The EdgarStat Services Agreements Database contains over 5000 business services agreements, including consulting/management, sales/distribution, technical services, and more. Each agreement in the database contains at least one numerical service fee, and has been analyzed to facilitate search and comparability analysis. The user can perform searches using free-text or data field queries, such as using the parties name, service type, description of services, consideration, and SIC Code. The database is updated every business day.
