By registering with EdgarStat®, you agree not to:

1. Share your login name and password with any other person;
2. Allow any part of the EdgarStat® website to be cached in a proxy server and/or accessed by any person who has not registered;
3. Make the EdgarStat® website available to multiple users on a network without EdgarStat®’s written consent;
4. Use data from the EdgarStat® website for the purpose of creating or contributing to a database that will be used as a substitute for, or alternative to, the EdgarStat® website;
5. Reverse engineer the EdgarStat® website.
